| How do I use this service? |

| How much does it cost? |
 |
| We offer our conference calling service for a low monthly price of $6.95 (plus tax). This includes 120 minutes of toll-free teleconferencing. If you exceed the included minutes you may continue teleconferencing for only 0.15 cents per each additionalminute. |

| How am I billed? |
 |
| We will send you an invoice once a month, usually on the 10 th of each month. |
 |
| If at the end of the month I have not used all of the 120 included minutes, will they roll-over to the next month? |
 |
| At this timewe do not have the ability to carry unused minutes over to the following month. |

| What is your billing cycle? |
 |
| Billing starts on the first of each month. Depending on when you sign up, your bill will be prorated accordingly. |

| I only need one or two calls this month, and I will not need the service again. May I still sign up? |
 |
| Yes you may sign up for the service. However, the monthly fee of $6.95 (plus tax) is a recurring charge and unless you cancel the service you will continue to be billed. |

| Are there any set up fees or cancellation fees? |
 |
| Be assured you will experience no hidden costs or contracts. You may cancel service at any time. |

| How soon can I begin conferencing? |
 |
| You may begin conferencing as soon as you receive confirmation. If a valid email address was provided at the time of sign up you will receive confirmation within 48 hours. Everyone that signs up for service will receive a confirmation packet in the mail in 6 to 8 business days. |

| Can I have more than one conference room open simultaneously on my account? |
 |
| No. Each account includes one conference room with 1 port for a host and 19 ports for guests. |

| Does each caller need an access code, or just the host? Do I need two access codes? |
 |
| Codes come in pairs. You will be assigned one code for the host or administrator of the conference. There can only be one host in a conference. You will also receive one guest code that is the same for all 19 guests. |

| How long are the codes good for? |
 |
| Each set of codes are active for 24 hours. After 24 hours you must call and reserve a new conference in order to receive another set of codes. |

| Do I need a reservation to make a conference call? |
 |
| Yes, but it is very easy to do so. Simply call 1-800-410-0343. After verifying your account information, a live operator will assist you with setting up your conference. Operators are ready for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| How far in advance should I call for a reservation before my scheduled conference call? |
 |
| Although a conference can be set up within minutes, it is recommended that you make your reservation at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled conference call. |
