| Whenever you wish to schedule a teleconference, simply call 1-800-410-0343 to reserve your conference room. After verifying that you are an active subscriber you will be given a host and guest code which will be active for 24 hours. |

| When you are ready to start your teleconference, give out the guest code to all the persons you wish to invite. All parties (including the host) must call the conference center at 1-800-903-0799 where they will be prompted to enter their code to join the teleconference. |
